HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After you place an order it may take 24-48 hours to process. Once the order processes you will receive an email with your tracking number and information which will be shipped through USPS.

ARE PRODUCTS TRUE TO SIZE?

Given the nature of handmade and reworked garments we recommend referring to the size and size chart below each product to guarantee the best fit possible.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We offer 2 different shipping options through USPS. Economy shipping is free and may take 5-8 business days. Express shipping is $22.22 and may take 1-2 business days.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?

Handmade, reworked, and vintage garments/accessories should be treated with care to preserve their quality. It is recommended to hand wash these items and air dry them whenever possible. Alternatively, you may machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle, ensuring the garment is turned inside out to protect embellishments, stitching, buttons, etc.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If your order is damaged or defective please reach out to us through social media found at the bottom of the website, fill out a form on the 'Contact' page or email us directly at contact@luvoid.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund if necessary.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT AFTER BUYING?

Returns are accepted, except for sale items. To initiate a return, please visit the support page in the website menu, complete the return form, and follow the provided instructions. Returns are only accepted within a 14-day window.

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT LOOK DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED?

Majority of our products are handmade or reworked garments/ accessories. Given the nature of these types of products there may be minor imperfections and unique finishings that can vary especially if there are multiple versions in stock.
